COURIER

We ship all our products through USPS in large bubble envelopes or cardboard boxes.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout, using USPS live shipping rates.

International Shipping

We ship to any country that USPS will ship to. Please go through the checkout process for our system and it will automatically calculate the shipping rate to your country.

LOST PACKAGE

If you have not received your package within 15 business days, please email us at: wipes@tightwipes.com and we will have USPS investigate the shipment. We will send out another shipment to you if your package is lost.

Returns or Exchanges

Return Policies

We want everyone to be 125% satisfied and love our product. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we will be happy to do an exchange or return for you. Items purchased from a TightWipes retailer or wholesaler must be returned at that location. Items purchased from Tightwipes.com must be returned unopened in order to receive a refund.

How To Return an Item?

To return an item purchased from Tightwipes.com, please email us at: wipes@tightwipes.com and we will issue you a return number then mail it to the address below with a copy of the original invoice and a written explanation why the item is being returned. A refund will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping charges and all returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee.
